The LCU is a unique unit which replaces the need for a computer at each work station at far less cost.

Each LCU is capable of controlling multi-element processes. It is simple to use and provides the operator with step by step instructions that minimise training needs.

Its design makes it suitable for use in most environments. It can accept readings from Mitutoyo gauges or numeric data can be entered manually.

The LCU may be set to stop on alarm when a positive reset is required from the operator to continue. Under alarm conditions the mean shift is displayed. A reset code is entered by the operator after each alarm.
